Intro #3 (w/slate & extra audio): 00:59 Seconds (David Frost says: "Magnificent finale" & John sings "You Are My Sunshine").

We think the original UK TV broadcast used "Intro #1" and The "Beatles Anthology" TV Broadcast/DVD/Blu-ray
also had "Intro #1" but the Beatles +1 DVD used Intro 2 & Intro 3.
