Notes: In 2017 "Revolver TV" uploaded onto Youtube what amounts to yet another version which (apart from some outtakes of them wearing their 1963 collarless suits and the "Hawaiian" ending)
is 99% just a single camera angle from in front (Slate 3 Take 4) taken from the otherwise unreleased Version 3.
This is where a couple of outtake scenes were seemingly culled from and used in Version 4.
