It was the fifth show by the first All-Starr Band. The North American tour lasted for 30 dates between July and September 1989,
followed by a seven-date Japanese tour in October and November.

Veteran journalist, Larry Kane, who had toured with the Beatles on their American tours, caught up with Ringo during his
All Starr Band concert in Wisconsin.The lengthy interview that included concert footage from Chicago & Wisconsin plus
interviews with other band members was broadcast on Larry`s channel 10 news program "The Larry Kane Report".
