It was the 42nd night of the 65-date Wings Over The World Tour, which ran from September 1975 to October 1976, and the first of two consecutive nights in New York City.

A few months ago, I was given the opportunity to purchase a brand-new, completely unseen Super 8mm film reel shot of Paul
McCartney & Wings performing at Madison Square Garden on May 24th, 1976. Thankfully, I was able to secure a deal and I am now the proud owner of this film!.

As soon as I purchased the film, I sent it off to The Negative Space in Denver to get it professionally scanned in 4K. While it
took a few months, I finally got it back and was able to sync it to an audience recording from the same show as well as get
it properly color corrected. This film was shot by a professional photographer (unfortunately I don't know his name), so the
shots are very long in this film and the second half is especially beautiful as the filmer finally adjusts their focus.
Although it is only one reel, I find this to be one of the best Super8 films of the Wings Over America tour out there, and I hope you all enjoy.
