Adam Bound Notes: An absolutely massive thank you to Carol Stephens Pedersen, who was generous and trusting enough to send
out this footage filmed by Kim! I initially reached out to Carol around 2 years ago, and only recently were we
finally able to get this almost completely unseen footage from the Beatles' final ticketed concert scanned in 4K
by Reel Revival Film and released in the best quality possible.

This footage was an early contender for use in "The Beatles Live Project", which eventually evolved into Ron
Howard's Eight Days A Week documentary. Although the entire film was wetgate transferred in 2012, only 6 seconds
of the armored truck were ultimately used, and the rest remained completely unseen until now. Although this
film is on the darker side, Kim captured many moments from the concert that none of the other film sources
shot. This film contains the only extended clip of Long Tall Sally, most notably! Furthermore, Kim captured some
nice shots of some of the opening bands - The Remains, The Cyrkle, and The Ronettes.

It's also somewhat haunting to see the shots of the stage after the Beatles had left, never to return to an
onstage environment again. I worked with the help of juan cena to sync the shots as accurately as possible, and I
made sure to use the Pyramid release of the Tony Barrow audience tape due to it being the lowest-gen copy we
have. I also did what I could to sync the opening acts, using audio from the Maple Leaf Gardens evening
recording. I hope you all enjoy this fantastic document of the final ticketed Beatles performance, and my many thanks to Kim and Carol Pedersen!
