Notes: "British Pathe" filmed their visit to The Netherlands for a newsreel - "Beatles Take Over The Netherlands".
This newsreel has footage of their arrival, waving from the balcony of their hotel, the boat ride up a canal and finally their concert.
All of this is in excellent quality.
This newsreel was also used in The Netherlands with a Dutch voice-over and with 50 seconds more footage
that included some different footage of their arrival and more of the canal ride otherwise the two newsreels are the same.
Parts of the newsreel were also used in the USA for a "Universal Newsreel" under the title "Beatles in Dutch" which is also available on DVD.
