Notes: Following the press conference it they were taken the Plaza Hotel in Manhattan.The Maysles brothers accompanied them up
to their Plaza hotel suites and continued filming over the next three days capturing all sorts of antics including dinner
with Murray The K and a phone interview with Brian Matthews over in England.

Some film footage shot by The Maysles brothers ended up in the two 1964 documentaries and further outtakes in the DVD bonus feature "The Making of".
